Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
Welcome to UltraFit. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make our return and exchange process simple and transparent.
By placing an order with UltraFit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order.
Products may be exchanged for:
- A different size
- Another color
- Any other available product of equal or higher value
If the new product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
UltraFit reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
2. Returns & Credit Notes
UltraFit does not offer cash refunds for standard returns.
Approved returns are issued exclusively as a store credit / credit note, which can be used on any future UltraFit purchase.
Credit notes:
- Are valid for future purchases
- May be used on any available item
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
Returns must be requested within 2 days after delivery.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A short explanation
After review, UltraFit may offer:
- A direct replacement
- An exchange
- A full refund if applicable
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed products
- Items without original tags
- Products damaged through misuse
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The product arrived damaged
- The item is defective
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow the exchange or return procedure.
