UltraFit is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Customers can track their orders directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

UltraFit is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
After an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier.
UltraFit is not liable for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Delivery interruptions outside our control
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues. UltraFit may assist with carrier investigations where appropriate.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging

9. Split Shipments

10. Delivery Refusals & Returned Shipments
If an order is:
- Refused upon delivery
- Returned due to failed delivery attempts
- Returned because of an incorrect address
UltraFit reserves the right to deduct:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping costs
- Handling charges
from any applicable refund.
11. Shipping Restrictions
UltraFit reserves the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain addresses, regions, or countries at any time.
We may not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Freight forwarding services
- Restricted territories
- Locations prohibited by law
12. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, where permitted by applicable law.
