Return Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Welcome to UltraFit. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make our return and exchange process simple and transparent.

By placing an order with UltraFit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order.

Products may be exchanged for:

  • Another color
  • Any other available product of equal or higher value

If the new product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

2. Returns & Credit Notes

UltraFit does not offer cash refunds for standard returns.

Approved returns are issued exclusively as a store credit / credit note, which can be used on any future UltraFit purchase.

Credit notes:

  • Are valid for future purchases
  • May be used on any available item
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

Returns must be requested within 2 days after delivery.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
