    Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

    We accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order.

    Products may be exchanged for:

    To qualify for an exchange, items must:

    2. Returns & Credit Notes

    UltraFit does not offer cash refunds for standard returns.

    Approved returns are issued exclusively as a store credit / credit note, which can be used on any future UltraFit purchase.

    • May be used on any available item
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash
